Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the following business day.
Peak Periods: During major sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Please note: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories: We ship to all 50 states! Please note that delivery times to AK, HI, and US territories may take 5–10 business days via Standard Shipping. Expedited and Overnight options may be restricted or carry additional surcharges.

International Shipping (Worldwide)

Base Beauty is proud to ship our premium cosmetics to beauty lovers around the globe!

Rates & Times: International shipping rates and estimated delivery times (typically 7–21 business days) are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.
Carriers: We use trusted global couriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS) to ensure secure and trackable delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For our international customers, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by your destination country.

Customer Responsibility: These fees are not included in your shipping costs at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Base Beauty has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

P.O. Boxes: We gladly ship to US P.O. Boxes via USPS. Please note that Expedited and Overnight shipping options are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
Military Addresses: We proudly ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Delivery to military bases can take 14–21 business days depending on the destination.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with your neighbors, building management, or safe spaces around your property before contacting us.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items: If your Base Beauty products arrive damaged, please do not throw away the packaging. Take clear photos of the damaged items and the shipping box, and email them to info@basebeauty.org within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages: While rare, packages can sometimes be lost in transit or stolen after delivery. Base Beauty is not liable for packages once the carrier has marked them as "Delivered." If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
