    P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

    • P.O. Boxes: We gladly ship to US P.O. Boxes via USPS. Please note that Expedited and Overnight shipping options are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
    • Military Addresses: We proudly ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Delivery to military bases can take 14–21 business days depending on the destination.

    Tracking Your Order

    Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
    • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
    • If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with your neighbors, building management, or safe spaces around your property before contacting us.

    Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

    Damaged Items: If your Base Beauty products arrive damaged, please do not throw away the packaging. Take clear photos of the damaged items and the shipping box, and email them to info@basebeauty.org within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
    Lost or Stolen Packages: While rare, packages can sometimes be lost in transit or stolen after delivery. Base Beauty is not liable for packages once the carrier has marked them as "Delivered." If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
