Tracking Your Order

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Take clear photos of the damaged items and the shipping box, and email them to info@basebeauty.org within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.Lost or Stolen Packages: While rare, packages can sometimes be lost in transit or stolen after delivery.
