P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
- P.O. Boxes: We gladly ship to US P.O. Boxes via USPS. Please note that Expedited and Overnight shipping options are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
- Military Addresses: We proudly ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Delivery to military bases can take 14–21 business days depending on the destination.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Damaged Items: If your Base Beauty products arrive damaged, please do not throw away the packaging. Take clear photos of the damaged items and the shipping box, and email them to info@basebeauty.org within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.Lost or Stolen Packages: While rare, packages can sometimes be lost in transit or stolen after delivery.
